President of Millennium Development Network [MDN Corporation] shared an innovative model for youth empowerment and entrepreneurship policy during workshop in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Invited by Namaa Al Munawarah institution, Murat Daoudov addressed young Saudi entrepreneurs through series of interactions.
The “Global Thought Leaders Consortium” organized by Namaa Al Munawara, a governmental foundation established to enable sustainable socio-economic development, hosted MDN President Daoudov on December 25-27, 2016. Daoudov presented a novel framework for youth policy originally developed and tested by MDN. In his presentation on "Strategies for Effective Youth Empowerment in Entrepreneurship" he shared both theoretical and practical insights into the ways of fostering youth’s involvement in entrepreneurship and business management.
The methodology elaborates organizational models for optimal benefit of the younger and senior workforce. It suggests the “approach of complementarity in vision and mission” to achieve entrepreneurial vitality and success. Daoudov also illustrated how to promote inclusivity in both discourse and action in a way to convince and convert the “traditionalist” business society.
On the margins of the workshops Daoudov also met with young Saudi entrepreneurial community and provided individual advice on their projects and ideas. The program was held under the patronage of the Governor of Madinah HRH Prince Faisal Bin Salman. This has been the first public event where Murat Daoudov unveiled “Millennium Development Network”, the new global initiative that stems from his original regional project, the Middle East Development Network.
